VORTE DİJİTAL TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. · İZMİR, TÜRKİYE
Software that keeps the restaurant open
We build the systems restaurants run on: guests order from a QR menu, staff work the floor, and the sale closes on the venue’s own computer. We also take on software projects for companies outside hospitality.
THE DESIGN DECISION
Cut the internet and see what survives
Most hospitality software puts everything in the cloud. That is simpler to build and it fails at the worst possible moment — a full dining room, no connection, no way to close a bill. We split it on purpose.
Both sides are running. Switch it off and watch what happens.
ON THE GUEST’S PHONE
Runs on Vorte’s servers
QR menu
The guest scans the code on the table with their own phone.
Ordering from the phone
What they pick is sent through to the kitchen.
ON THE VENUE’S COMPUTER
Runs on its own till
Till and tabs
Open a table, add items, close the bill.
Kitchen screen
Orders taken by staff land in the kitchen.
Waiter terminal
Take orders at the table, call for the bill.
Receipts and fiscal printer
Thermal printer and fiscal device sit on the same machine.
When the line drops, guests cannot order from their phones any more — we are not hiding that. What stops is the channel the order arrives through. The till, kitchen, waiter terminal, receipts and fiscal printer all run on the venue’s own computer, so service carries on: bills close, receipts print, the day still ends with a report.
Two kinds of work
Restaurant software
QR ordering, point of sale, kitchen and waiter screens, marketplace orders and fiscal receipts — sold as one product in Türkiye.
Client projects
Web, mobile and integration work for companies outside hospitality. Same engineering standard, scoped per project.
Where we actually are
A small team in İzmir
Vorte Dijital Teknoloji A.Ş. is a Turkish company. The people who answer the phone are the people who write the code. That is a real constraint on how much we can take on at once, and we would rather say so than find out together halfway through.
Built for the Turkish market first
The product line is shaped by Turkish requirements — fiscal receipt devices, e-invoice rules, local delivery marketplaces. For work outside Türkiye, the transferable part is the engineering, not the compliance layer.
Tell us what you need built
Write in English or Turkish. We answer the same day, and we will tell you plainly if it is not something we should take on.
